Gavin Lynch is an educated chef. What this has to to with a music show well he is also known under the name Matador and is also now a part of the Minus Label Family which the head is Richie Hawtin. He is officially based in Dublin but as the success is getting bigger and bigger, touring is becoming more obvious.
