The American electropop duo Chairlift, is playing a sweet retro sound in the form of 80s synth, electro beats and catchy melodies on Chairlifts second album Something. The catchy proceeds from the album, the single “Amanaemonesia” has already caused a lot of positive attention.<\/p>\n

In the U.S., the duo is regarded as a potential “next big thing”. Songs of the debut album “Does You Inspire You” should have been previously issued to journalists on tape, to prevent the spread over the Internet. The good old cartridge, like a hippie image of the oblique electric folker to singer Caroline Polachek, which present themselves in the video for the song “Planet Health” in white robes.
